Using interesting photographs as you website background image has always been around, but lately I have came across some really well designed websites that are using this technique. When combined with a fixed class to allow all content to scroll except the background, the site creates a unique experience for the user.
Some of these websites even use a script that turns the background into an image slider. There is something about theseus use of a photograph for a background that creates a personalized touch that can make a real connection with the your site audience.
